Opening Hours

The Trade Fair will be open from Friday January 24th and go through to Sunday January 26th. Opening hours each day will be from 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Exhibitor Fees

A stall at the 2014 FAA Conference Trade Fair costs $200. This includes ONE trestle.

Trade Fair Holders Lecture Ticket Policy

Trade Fair registration for FAA Conferences is a rental for the space the conference provides you to display and market your business and merchandise. The event gives you a once in a two year opportunity to reach your target clientele in person to promote your products /services directly and enable instant and ongoing financial benefits.

Trade Fair registration does not include registration to the conference or access to the lectures, functions, morning and afternoon tea and lunches. If you would like you or your Trade Fair assistants to benefit from any of the above, they need to be paid for – like all delegates pay.

Depending on the venue and costs to the Convenors of the current conference, prices will be available for you to book your requirements.

So, in order to offer lecture tickets to Trade Fair personnel, we advise the following formula for calculating the cost of one lecture ticket:

Single conference lecture tickets for trade fair stand holders to be the cost of a day ticket less catering divided by the number of lectures on the day at the equivalent price of the day the ticket would be purchased (in other words, ticket prices are sensitive to Early Bird prices – the earlier you book, the cheaper the ticket). Ticket prices to functions, morning and afternoon tea and lunches will be set at the same prices as conference delegates pay.

The Conference convenors are authorised to negotiate a ticket price in exchange for services rendered by stallholders (eg. they make a contribution to the operation of the conference).

Exhibitor Information

All exhibitors need to set up their displays by 5pm on Thursday 23rd in time for the Keynote Speaker address (5.30pm) and the Opening Ceromony (6.30pm).

Additional Space

If you need more space it will cost $50, which includes one trestle.

Backing Board

A Backing Board for use behind your stall costs $20.


A full hot and cold buffet will be provided to Trade Fair folk half an hour before lectures come out, so that you will not miss out and will be free to handle sales and enquiries with a nice full tummy! The cost for each lunch is $34 per person per day and must be booked with your Trade space.

If you do not want the buffet lunch, there are two other food outlets within the Wrest Point complex where you can get a sandwich or another smaller meal.
